We want you to love your signature scent, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on full-sized fragrances within 30 days of delivery. Please note that sample packs and limited edition collaborations are final sale to maintain our commitment to sustainability.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Fragrance

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new scent within 5-7 business days.
